Villa Emozione can accommodate up to 12 people and it is an old country house fully restored in 2019. Located on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, a few steps from the 5 Terre. The villa offers all comforts which extend to a SAUNA, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a GYM, and an outdoor SWIMMING POOL with heated and salted water allowing being used in the winter; to complete the list there is also a BEACH VOLLEY court (with real sand).

The interior design is characterized by styled rustic furnishings to reaming truth to the tradition and the architectural context and the exquisite bedrooms are equipped with modern "memory foam" mattresses supported by slatted frames.

The IMPERIAL SUITE can accommodate up to 4 people and offers guests a double bed as well as two single beds. The room is full of natural light thanks to the 3 windows from which you admire the beautiful coastline of Tuscany, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.  When the shy is nice and clear you will be able to behold as far as the Island of Elba and Corsica.

The STANDARD SUITE is equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and a single "foldaway" bed. On request, a baby crib and/or children's bed are also available for our younger customers. To complete the equipment there is also a safe.

The KIDS SUITE is a room with a bunk bed and a "foldaway" bed.

The suite has direct access to the outside where we find a covered terrace with a table and chairs.
